Refund policy

At Squishly, we want you to love every squishy. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at thisneedstowork2026@gmail.com with your order number.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
